Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Six Sigma with GSK. We value your trust and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our online courses and services. This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and returns for purchases made through our website.

1. Course Enrollments

Once payment has been successfully made and course access is granted, the enrollment is considered final. No refunds will be issued after course access or participation in live sessions has begun, except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are eligible only if raised within 3 business days of purchase.
• The course must not have been accessed, downloaded, or started by the user.
• Refunds are granted only in the event of technical issues that prevent course access, after verification by our support team.

3. Cancellation Policy

Course enrollments can be cancelled only before the course start date or before digital content access has been provided. Once course access or live training has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Course Transfer Option

Learners who cannot attend a specific session may request a transfer to another batch or upcoming schedule. Such requests are subject to approval and availability.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used during enrollment. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount.

6. Digital Materials and Downloads

All digital products such as e-books, study materials, and templates are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from refund or cancellation requests shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
