All payments are processed through our Website and supported gateways. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We do not store full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to change prices or offers at any time.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified on a product page, payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or if access is not granted within 48 hours after confirmed payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sixsigmawithgsk.com within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Certificates are issued on successful completion of course requirements and assessments. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke certificates in case of plagiarism, impersonation, or any breach of academic integrity.
